When did you experience your first bra fitting and where was it?
My first bra fitting took place at the Inner Secrets lingerie boutique in the V&A Mall in Cape Town.

Why did you decide to attend a professional bra fitting?
I had won a voucher to spend in-store and honestly I was curious to see what bra size I was.

How did you feel after your experience at Inner Secrets Lingerie?
I felt pampered. The Inner Secrets ladies are professional, discreet and make you feel comfortable and beautiful no matter your shape or size.

What did you learn from the corsetieres about lingerie/under garments?
That what we wear underneath is just as important as our outerwear. Wearing the correct lingerie or shapewear can take an outfit to another level.

Have you felt empowered by the experience and knowledge received from your fitting?
Fortunately I had been wearing the correct size of bra, but it was good to be reassured of this.

How does wearing the correctly fitted items make you feel?
I feel feminine, sensual and infinitely more powerful. Knowing I have beautiful lingerie pieces at the base of my outfit increases my confidence.

Has your life changed at all since your experience?
After gaining some weight over the past few years, my fitting at Inner Secrets has reminded me that I can still look beautiful in lingerie.

Would you recommend a fitting to your friends and colleagues?
With a certainty!

I would recommend that every woman has a professional bra fitting done – not only will it ensure that you’re wearing the correct size, but it will increase your confidence and ensure that you look and feel your best.
